Decision time for David, where to set up a bigger operation and how to add more flavours. Rob (a Cape Bretonner who thought Halifax was big enough) had no intention of moving to Toronto and since our crepe mix was made in Nova Scotia David made the decision to combine efforts and relocate to Truro.
Presently, one of our crepe making machines produces an average of 1200 crepes hourly. Our mix, an all natural product, allows us to produce any flavour crepe whether sweet or savoury but presently we stock the traditional, chocolate and maple flavoured crepes.
Crepe Innovations operates with a fully approved HACCP program and has received silver rating for the Food Safety and Quality Systems from third party inspections.
