Crepe Innovations is a PROUD CANADIAN company based in Truro, Nova Scotia. We believe in developing and maintaining a product that is functional and TASTES as good as it LOOKS.
Crepe Innovations combines the business savvy of David Smith and the culinary expertise of Chef Rob MacIsaac - we just call him the "flavorologist". The pair has known each other for 8 years prior to entering into this business.
Crepe Innovations came alive as a result of selling a line of automatic crepe making machines. While participating in various trade shows throughout North America, attendees were intrigued by the machine capabilities; however they repeatedly said "we can't afford the machine, what we really want is the crepes". So David began making crepes in his home in Brampton and sold them to various top name restaurants in the Toronto area.
